A Day in the Life in Japan

Living overseas in Japan has been an adventure!  I have lived here for over 10 years. I have taught students that range in age from 6 months(!!!) to over 70 years old. I have lived in apartments that have probably been condemned and demolished by now.  I have been through several cell phone companies: j-phone, au, docomo, and now softbank.  I’ve eaten everything from fish semen (shirako) to raw horse (basashi). I’ve traveled from Tokyo to the tip of Kyushu, Okinawa.  I’ve been an ALT, a night school (juku) conversation teacher, a private teacher, and a university lecturer. I have met and married the love and become a father.

Jason came to visit this past spring and we drove from Tokyo to Oita!  Video to come someday soon!
